What is the point of writing to/for myself?
First I write to God, second I write to others. What would you like to see more of on my blog? Anything you would like me to talk about that I have not talked about yet? Feel free to leave a comment! :)
What should I write? I have numerous amounts of ideas on what to write, but I thought I would let
my readers decide for my next topic. So, for all my readers--what do you want me to write? It can be creative or non
creative; it can be about animals or humans, life or death, you or me. Anything
you want (As long as it is not inappropriate). Feel free to leave as many comments as you like, and to let me know if I can
pray for anything as well.

“For God so LOVED the world that He gave His only Son; that whosoever believes in Him, shall not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16.
This verse is taken greatly for granted, the meaning is beyond what we can imagine; God’s Love is beyond what we can comprehend; His perfect Love. God’s love is the GREATEST LOVE! It far surpasses all the rest. People who read that verse often don’t know just how much Christ suffered for us, because He loved (Loves) us. He was willing to give up His only Son, just for us filthy sinners! We deserve to die, but instead He chooses to give us life! Why? Because He loves us. And so much more than we can ever know!
HIS Love is the greatest. That’s why this verse says it’s the greatest Love, because of Christ’s example: “Greater Love has no man than this, that he lay his life down for his friends (others).” John 15:13.
Awesomely-Amazing! Christ laid down His life for us all! We deserve God’s wrath, but in our place, Jesus took it upon Himself. That is LOVE.
This verse describes where Love came from:“We love because He first loved us.” John 4:19.
God loved first. He loved us; that is why we love! “He, who does not love, does not know God; for God is love.” 1 John 4:8.
God is The Author of Love. The Ultimate Author of The Greatest Love and of ALL Love! If we give Him the pen to our Love story, He will make it more beautiful than we could ever imagine! He cares about our Love story!
“By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren (others).” 1 John 3:16.
This points out so plainly what Christ did, and how we ought to follow in His Footsteps and that His Love is the Highest.
I really really like this quote from C.S. Lewis, it is the utter truth:
"God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing."
I am so sorry that I haven't written on here in so long, but I will very soon! I will try to get into the habit of at least writing on here every two weeks or so, or really whenever I can! Thank you all who are following my blog, I hope it blesses you and that you are aware of the HOPE we have in Christ; and that you will be sure to tell others of God's love and hope!

Amy Grace Psalm 98:4: "Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!"
Like the girl in the song, there are thousands if not millions of people running in that same direction! They do not have someone to direct them, they are lost and blinded; and do not know Jesus Christ! We need to be the salt and light of the world, we need to shine the love of Christ; we have Christ’s hope in us and we need to let it stand out so all can see the hope of Christ in us! That is what my blog is all about, sharing the love and hope of Christ!
Let’s not conceal it under a bushel but instead place it on a lampstand so all may see! As it says in Mathew 5:14-16, “You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”(NKJV) We as Christians are called to stand up for what we believe in, we should not be ashamed of the gospel of Christ, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.”(NKJV)
Think of it as a mission to preach the gospel; we are His warriors, His messengers and His ambassadors! God is by our side; He will never leave us nor forsake us! Hebrews 13:5. (NKJV) Mmm, how can you not be completely content in Christ?!
This verse is my favorite verse, and I recite it to myself when ever I start to grow weary in this life, “But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagle, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” (NKJV) Isaiah 40:31. My dad used to continuously remind me not to be afraid to share the gospel; he said that God would provide strength and is present with me always! And guess what? God has, without fail!
This verse encourages me immensely when it comes to sharing the love of Christ, “So shall My word be that goes forth from my mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall proper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:11. (NKJV) God’s word does not return invalid or void! It fulfills what He desires!
These are some wonderful verses on the Gospel and just HOW important it is!!!
"And He said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest."
Luke 10:2 (ESV)
Oh yes, we need to be those laborers!!!
"And He said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation."
Mark 16:15 (ESV)
This is a qoute by C.S Lewis on Evangelism: "Jesus Christ did not say, 'Go into the world and tell the world that it is quite right.'"
Here is a quote also on Evangelism by Billy Graham: "We are the Bibles the world is reading; We are the creeds the world is needing; We are the sermons the world is heeding."
Let's show this world the light of Christ that we have recieved!!!

Yes, oh how beautiful! May you be encouraged to stand strong in the midst of a world that is trying all they can to thwart the gospel of Christ, may you be strengthened by Him each day in your faith and may you put your full trust in Christ as you go to share glad tidings of good things! Keep in mind; do not be ashamed to be called His child; it is the highest blessing and gift of all for us to be called His children!

I often struggle with trusting in God no matter what! Though He keeps on reminding me that He's in control and only Him!
I recite to myself Philippians 4:6,7, "Do not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God, and the the peace of God which surpasses ALL understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." and Proverbs 3:5,6!
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths."
I hope this song, and these verses encourage you as they have so much for me! Remember no matter what happens God is ALWAYS in control, constantly watching over us; though it may not seem like it, but He is!
May you be rest assured in God's perfect peace knowing that He holds this world in His hands!
God is a refuge for us! The One in whom we can fully lean on, and where we will NEVER be forsaken or forgotten!
"Behold God is my helper; the Lord is the sustainer of my soul!" Psalm 54:4!
Often we feel so overwhelmed by the things of this world, But Jesus Christ is there to take away our burdens and fears! Trust Him, give your life to Him, and you will NEVER be let down; you will be wholly complete!
Proverbs 16: 18,19 "Pride goes before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.
"Often I find myself thinking I'm better than others. Or I find myself looking in the mirror everytime I pass. These are both pride and vainity. Eveyone has them sometime in thier life. But from now on I will try to very hard to conquer those bad habits, and sins of pride, and vainity. And everyone should.

"This is a good verse! I stuggle sometimes and I can't seem to find peace, but God will ALWAYS give us peace if we ask for it. Always remember that!
Philippians 4: 6,7 "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
"Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother's way." Romans 14:13.
"I have a problem with judging others, though mostly in my mind, still it is wrong to judge others even if it's in your mind. So once again I'm gong to try hard to not judge others.
Heres a good verse on judging others:
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. 2For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.

FOUND: "It seems hard to find a place in this world, a place where people understand you; and appreciate what you do; where you feel like there is a purpose for your life. You know there is, but you deceive yourself into thinking that there isn't. You search for that place and then it's so clear, it's been there all along in ...God's arms. Hope fills your heart, you feel eternally safe! For you were lost, and now you are found."
Ok, here it is my true thoughts: I'm going to be honest with everyone who reads this.
You see when I was young (Younger) I tried so hard to impress guys; By my beauty, and by trying to act cool. And always guys that were older than me, some much older.I didn't seem to work though. You want to know why? Well because I was just putting on a act, I was just trying to get a guy 1 like me. But What I didn't know is that, that One Guy out there for me (My husband to be) is waiting for me. He's waiting for the time when I'm older. He'll come to me, God will bring him to me. I don't don't have to find him, I don't have to fall for every guy I think is cute. I'll say to myself when I'm married someday, "Wow, it was so much better to wait for my husband then to give myself away to guys that are nice, just because I think he's the one." So I'll wait contentedly, and Peacefully, for my husband. And I'm going to just focus on friendship, nothing more. My prayer to God: "Thank You Jesus, for helping me wait! And please help my Husband (Someday to be) to wait. Amen."
"Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD." Psalm 27:14!
May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart

"I want to be pure, and every man and woman should be. 1 Tim. 5:22 puts Purity clearly. "Do not lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other peoples sins, keep yourself PURE."
Pilliaians 4:8 is another good example of Purity. "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."

Even though I stuggle through hard times, I still will always keep this very strong hope in God.
He's ALWAYS been there for me. Many, many people are going through hard times all around the world. And they don't have the reasuring hope in God. They stumble in the dark. But you can have that reasuring hope, if you are going through hard times. God will Always be there for you. He has for me, and He will for you!
We are all each one of God's songs; so unique, and so special. Written out so beautifully, played out so perfectly, that we should know how wonderfully we were made and that His love for us is greater than we can imagine.
"But whoever listens to me will live in safety
and be at ease, without fear of harm." Proverbs 1:33
"I try very hard to listen to what is right, and to God.
I know I'm not perfect but we can try to be perfect, for only God is perfect.
So everyone should try to listen to God and obey."
